Terms and Conditions

Charges for boarding are made on a per day basis overstays are charged at the normal rate.

Bookings are secured by 50% deposit, with balance payable before stay. Refunds are at the discretion of Muddy Paws Dog Boarding Ltd.

Any information gathered will not be passed on to third parties without the express written permission of the owner except in the case of an animal welfare issue.

Information supplied will be securely stored in paper or electronic form within the guidance of GDPR regulation.

The owner will supply sufficient food and medication to cover the agreed boarding period plus 2 days in case of emergency overstay.

The owner will bring the dogs bed, bedding and any toys the dog is used to being available, plus a collar or harness (with name tag) and lead.

In the event that your listed Veterinarian is unavailable, or by travelling to them would cause your dog unnecessary pain and suffering you (the owner) consent to the use of our on call Veterinarian in an emergency.

You (the owner) give permission for your Emergency Contact to act with your authority on your behalf without further reference to you.

We will seek to contact you (the owner), or failing that your Emergency Contact, prior to any treatment but reserve the right to institute veterinary treatment if no contact can be made or the dog is in danger or distress.

Any and all costs of veterinary treatment will solely be the responsibility of you (the owner) and you agree to reimburse any costs to Muddy Paws Dog boarding Ltd.

Should we become unable to provide facilities due to Flood, Fire or other unforeseen circumstances we will contact you (the owner), or if you are not available the Emergency Contact to arrange for the dog to be collected. If this is not possible then you (the owner) agree to us making alternative arrangements to ensure the welfare and well-being of the dog.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure the health and well-being of any dog in our care, we will not accept responsibility for injury or death except in the cases of neglect, mistreatment, or negligence on our part.
